To elevate and enhance all programming and activities of the Department of Drama, including bringing in artists and scholars, publicizing drama programs and launching new programs and initiatives.
To elevate and advance arts education, collection development and preservation, exhibitions, publications, and research initiatives at UCI Institute and Museum of California Art.
To enhance The Irvine Museum Collection activities, including maintaining the collection, advancing arts education and public engagement, and supporting UCI museum-affiliated faculty, staff, and students.
