To support the programming and activities within the Planning Policy and Design department, including awarding scholarships and fellowships to exceptional undergraduate and graduate students.
To support undergraduate and or graduate students who are engaged in community service outstide the UCI campus community and demonstrate academic excellence.
To support the Urban Planning & Public Policy Student Award. The money raised will be matched by the Dean, up to $2,500, from the School’s Annual Fund.
To advance the efforts of the UCI Math Community Educational Outreach program, promoting exploration in math by offering fun, challenging, after-school math enrichment programs and curriculum.
To recognize and promote excellence among graduate students in the Department of Physics & Astronomy; fellowships will be awarded as determined by the chair.
To support the Mathcounts event, an event that provides mathematics department faculty and graduate students the opportunity for outreach with middle schools in the community.
To offer a scholarship to an undergraduate student majoring in applied physics, chemistry, earth system science, environmental science, environmental science and policy, mathematics, physics.
To enrich all activities in the Division of Cardiology women’s heart health program, including providing clinical care, equipment, research, physician training and patient and community education.
To provide state-of-the-art patient care and support in the UCI Breast Health Center, currently under the direction of Dr. Alice Police and Dr. Freddie Combs.
To provide seed funding for research projects and ongoing research initiatives in the area of preventative healthcare, education funding or research awards as determined by the program director.
